This year’s report also shows that the ages of 18 – 24 tend to move more jobs and not stable jobs. The age of 25 – 35 tends to stabilize jobs while the age of over 35 has stabilized jobs, the trend of changing jobs is not high.

For employees who have retired from work, the working environment is not good and there is no opportunity for promotion which is the biggest reason for the employees to quit their jobs. Meanwhile, only 7.6% of respondents said that the boss is not good is the reason they change jobs.
