Responsibility

Responsible for the management and follow-up of all the quality processes, and for the creation of new systems and methods. Responsible for organizing department processes and activities in line with HSE targets
He is responsible for the fulfillment of duties and responsibilities of his staff.

  • Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
  • Manage preserve reputation by ensuring that our products and services are capable to drive sustainable growth.
  • Managing the risk & opportunities study among the relevant departments.
  • Managing the external audits ISO, Walmart etc….
  • Managing of the problem-solving templet for the day-to-day non-conformities and support building the corrective actions database.
  • Managing the Distributors & market visits audits.
  • Devise and review specifications for products or processes
  • Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes
  • Setting requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance
  • Managing communicating the Quality protocols & strategy provided from Turkey to Egypt team
  • Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
  • Ensure our right regulations regarding Launch & New Launch advertising not to have any legal issues.
  • Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff (Chiefs & Specialists) and provide guidance and feedback.
  • Ensure the right application of the company QDMS
  • Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
  • Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
  • Approve the right products or reject defectives
  • Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
  • Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
  • Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
  • Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
  • Making job interviews (white collar) and employment.
  • Sharing the subsidiary HC budget plan with global quality team and local top management.
  • Giving feedback directly to the Quality Director and related Global category QA Manager about operational issues.
  • Getting approval from Global Quality Teams in case of white/blue collar transfer, dismiss resignation and changes.
  • Getting opinion of Global QA in case of a product recall.
  • Evaluating the decision of a product recall, and sharing information with Global QA.
  • Sustaining certification process.
  • Selecting accredited Certification Company.
  • Preparing, reporting, and getting approval for OPEX and its follow up.
  • Defining subsidiary CAPEX needs, reporting to Global Quality Depts after agreeing with GM.
  • Sustaining the operation (routine QA processes)
  • Applying the Global Procedures
  • Measuring the KPIs, following up and taking effective actions with related depts.
  • Management of local supplier non-conformities and informing global QA team.
  • Informing global QA dept. about raw material/ packaging defected amounts with test, retest and amounts.
  • Taking decision for conditioned acceptance or scrap for defected raw materials/ packaging materials in small amounts.
  • Following up new supplier/material trials and reporting to global QA dept.
  • Participating in HMS studies.
  • Management of returns and reporting to Global QA.
  • Communicating with other local depts. directly about any subject that effects product quality.
  • Communicating with other subsidiaries directly with CC: Global Teams.
  • Including Global quality teams into the local engineering projects. (Improvement, problem solving etc.)
  • Getting approval from Global Quality Teams in case of white/blue collar transfer, dismiss resignation and changes.
  • Selecting the accredited calibration company.
  • Following up launch/re-launch processes, sustaining New Product Approval Procedure and sending sample to & informing Global QA.
  • Reporting critical quality incidents with root causes and action plan instantly, participating in solving these problems closely and following up the effectiveness.
  • Reporting customer/consumer complaints with root causes and action plans periodically, participating in improvement studies and following up the effectiveness.
  • Analyzing consumer/customer complaints and informing Global teams in case of emergency.
  • Making meetings about customer complaints with production depts. periodically, sharing the meeting output with Global QA.
  • Sustaining FMEA and enterprise risk assessments.
  • Informing test, retest and amount information of defected products.
  • Making a decision of conditional acceptance or scrap according to the test & retest results for the finished products in small amounts.    
  • Following up local legislations and specifications and sustaining the compliance.
  • Reporting quality risks and participating in studies of correction.
  • Following up closing audit actions (internal, external, global) and reporting.
  • Manages Hayat Kimya main processes and quality maintenance activities,  responsible for documentation of system requirements, standardization, detecting the gaps and making improvements
  • Working on WCM, Lean Production, TPM etc. and supporting other pillar activities.
  • Responsible for planning the trainings for reactive, preventive and proactive analysis and solution methods  (PPA,DOA ,5G, 5W1H etc),
  • Participates or lead Kaizen teams.
  • Calculates quality costs.
  • Responsible for organization of reactive, preventive and pro proactive analysis and solving methods trainings. (PPA,DOA ,5G, 5W1H vb.)
  • Prepares the format for Quality Prioritization Matrix  /  Applies the  Quality Prioritization Matrix
  • According to the results of quality maintenance activities for each production line, prepares X matrix and QM matrix standardization, integrates those into the quality.
  • Prepares X matrix and QM matrix formats.
  • Responsible for recording the line based X- Matrix, QM Matrix etc standards.
  • Prepares and publishes global training format.
  • Supports subsidiary activities in QMS and Quality Maintenance and works together.
  • Leads PQS activities for Go To Market activities.
  • Responsible for sales area , distributor, shipment and vehicle standardization and audits.
  • Trains related teams in SPC and QM.
  • Responsible for setting, sustaining and maintaining the process risk assessment system.

 Requirement

  • Bachelor degree
  • Min 10 years experience
  • English advance
  • ISO 9001 QMS Basic Training Certificate
  • ISO 9001 QMS Internal Auditor Training Certificate
