Job Description

Talent acquisition and recruitment

  • Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process (from job posting, sourcing & screening, interview & selection, to on-boading), expanding talent pools and delivering a high standard service that fulfill talent needs at all business units across the country
  • Maintain an updated and complete set of job description and job specification
  • Analyze position requirements and suggest a suitable recruitment plan
  • Prepare yearly manpower budgets
  • Assist HR Manager to forecast future manpower deficits and surpluses and recommend strategic plans for maintaining optimal staffing level to cope with operation needs
  • Develop, modify, and implement recruitment process, procedures, and policies
  • Consult, advise, and guide the team on recruitment process, procedures, and policies to ensure smooth and proper implementation
  • Build relationships with potential recruiting channels; manage relationships and contracts with the various recruitment channels
  • Initiate and take lead the on-boarding process for new talents from start to finish
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up-to-date, accurate and complies with regulations
  • Work across all departments to organize performance reviews, plan trainings and coordinate company events
  • Play a key role in communicating and promoting the company culture
  • Complete reports and other tasks as assigned by HR Manager.

Employee Engagement:

  • Organize teambuilding and other activities to motivate employees, create good working environment to enhance teamwork spirit and co-operation from staff to achieve target

Planning & Budgeting:

  • Assist HR Manager in HR planning for following year based on company strategy. Propose & manage the approved budget of HR/Admin to be effectively spent for a year

Other HR & Admin activities

  • Monitor and update the Company’s organization chart.
  • Develop administration policy and procedures
  • Implement and execute the company rules & regulations to all employees
  • Ensure office remains in tidy and orderly manner
  • Control of Office equipment, Office supplies and stationery
  • Liaise with governmental authorities to solve all matters related to the office
  • Support other department activities as required
  • Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by HR Manager and Deputy General Director

Training & Development:

  • Co-ordinate with Department Head to plan for training for key positions
  • Formulate and conduct orientation and induction program for new hires to ensure company culture, rules and regulations are communicated and delivered
  • Manage and control all training records & database

Job Requirment

  • Bachelor of HR Management, Business Administration
  • At least 3-year experience of HR-related tasks in foreign companies
  • Good understanding of insurance procedure with Vietnamese Labor Code and insurance law, PIT law
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Hardworking, Flexible & organized skills, Friendly, Reliable, Independent, Considerate & Self-motivated personality
  • Good command of English
  • Competence at Microsoft office (Excel, Words, Power point).
  • Good communication and organization – Strong teamwork ethic
