  • Report to: Plant Manager
  • Company size: 300 employees;

Responsibility

I – BASIC FUNCTION (Chức năng chính)

  1. Manage department
  2. Responsible of  department budget

II  INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS  (Quan hệ trong công việc)

Inter-relationship with the mother Company and other Company factories

Good relationship with colleagues, departments in Company

III – AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (Phạm vi trách nhiệm)

  1. Set up Yearly Preventive plan for both Can & End lines
  2. Set up yearly budget for team
  3. Keep historic of machines and all drawings up to date
  4. Control the spare part inventory and spare part consumption
  5. Propose project and technical changes to improve equipment effectiveness reducing downtime
  6. Assisting Production plans completing and production yield/output follow up
  7. Arranging and controlling the production resources – including work scheduling
  8. Aim at constant decreasing of the production costs
  9. Subordinates supervision
  10. Team development
  11. Competences improvement
  12. Creation of friendly work atmosphere
  13. Take an important role/lead in creating and sustaining a lean & clean work place
  14. Assisting in Controlling and supervision over the application of required rules and mandatory standards of the department
  15. Close cooperation between and open communication with production, maintenance and quality departments as well as other departments in the company
  16. Completing the politics and achieving the company goals

Requirement

IV – BASIC KNOWLEDGE (Yêu cầu kỹ năng chính)

(Education, Computer, Language, Technician, etc)

  1. Graduated technical University. (Mechanical Engineering Degree)
  2. High knowledge of tooling and tolerances, pneumatic, hydraulic,
  3. Proficiency in AUTO-CAD, MS Office
  4.  Proficiency in English speaking and written
  5. Management & Leadership

V- EXPERIENCE (Yêu cầu về kinh nghiệm làm việc)

  • Minimum 10 years experience in manufacturing industry at Engineering department
  • Minimun 3 years experience as an Engineering manager
